Mini Meat Loaves
Ingredients:
1 Egg
3/4C Milk
1C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2C Chopped Onion
1/2C Dry Oatmeal
1tsp Salt
1 lb Ground Beef
Mix ingredients together in order given and shape into 4 loaves
Topping
Combine 1/2C Ketchup with 1/2Cup Brown Sugar and 1tsp Mustard. Top each loaf completely and bake @350 for 45Min.
Notes: You can use Ground Turkey but omit or reduce the milk.
I like to put my loaves in a rack over a foil lined pan. It allows the grease to drain away and makes clean up a breeze.
