Healthy Breakfast Bowl, YUMMIE!!
Ingredients->
1 apple, diced
150 g low-fat vanilla yogurt (5 oz)
1/2-1 teaspoon ground flax seeds
Directions:
1 Place the diced apple in a breakfast bowl. Pour yogurt on top and sprinkle with flax seeds.
2 Mix and enjoy!
