Sausage and Veggies
INGREDIENTS->
4 Sweet Italian Sausage
2 Green Pepper 
2 Red Pepper
1 Onion
1 container fresh mushrooms
extra virgin olive oil
DIRECTIONS->
Pan fry the sausages on medium heat, turning to brown all sides. Clean and slice the green peppers, red peppers, onion and mushrooms. Once the sausage is cooked remove it from the pan, leaving it set for a few minutes. Add a small amount of olive oil to the pan the sausages were cooked in and heat. Add all veggies and saute, careful to not over cook them. Angle slice the sausage into bite size pieces. Once the veggies are cooked, mix together then serve.
